Thank you for writing this. I have come home from retreats wondering where the person I was on them - went. I know it's all me and it's all life - but still there is a mourning or a disappointment or an anger at myself for not being able to show and be love

I also spent two weeks after returning from raw food paradise feeling blue and a wreck. Altho people told me I was glowing - I felt tired and couldn't get on top of things ... Felt so stressy, vulnerable and emotional... Unable to keep going with all my pure food intentions... Now am finding some more balance - the pendulum is finding a centre point again - a few degrees more healthy than before my raw food retreat.. Life - as always is a journey - two steps forward - one step back - but if our intention is pure we will see that we are moving in a direction to happiness.. Nam-myoho-renge-kyo
